香港紅十字會瑪嘉烈戴麟趾學校（Hong Kong Red Cross Margaret Trench School）是位於黃大仙區的一間肢體傷殘兒童學校特殊學校，學校面積5500平方米(5500 square meter)，屬於男女校，學生人數100，該校辦學宗旨是本著紅十字人道精神，關懷身體弱能及傷病學童，提供全人教育，培養其尊重生命的價值，俾能克服困難，盡展潛能，建立尊嚴及自信心，融入社群，達致豐盛人生，對社會作出貢獻。
Based on the Red Cross Principle of Humanity, we care for students with physical disabilities and sickness by providing them with holistic education and fostering the value of respecting life. We aim at helping them overcome difficulties, developing potentials, enhancing sense of dignity, building up self-confidence, and integrating into the community, thus enabling them to attain a fruitful life and contribute to the society.

香港紅十字會瑪嘉烈戴麟趾學校創立於1973年9月，學校沒有宗教背景，校長是秦志偉先生，校監是羅榮新先生。

在師資方面，香港紅十字會瑪嘉烈戴麟趾學校全校教師總人數為29人，其中擁有基本師資訓練資格有29人、特殊教育訓練資格有21人、領有學士29人、碩士20人、博士或以上學歷 0人。

而在專業人員方面，全校專業人員總數為93.2, 當中言語治療師3人、職業治療師4人、物理治療師2人、社工2人、教育心理學家0.2人、護士2人、技師2人、職業治療助理4人、實驗室技術員1人、物理治療助理2人, 其他專業42人。

香港紅十字會瑪嘉烈戴麟趾學校的班級結構分為2級別，分別是小學、中學。小學班級結構是小一1班，小二1班，小三1班，小四1班，小五1班，小六1班。中學班級結構是中一1班，中二1班，中三1班，中四1班，中五1班，中六1班。總計全校共開12班。

班級結構備註：
本學年，學校獲批開辦中小學共12班，分成14組。

學校設施方面，學校校舍面積5500平方米，屬千禧校舍的設計。學校設有課室10間，小組教學室2間，特別室6間；分別為家政室、視覺藝術室、綜合科學實驗室、電腦室、音樂室、多媒體學習室及其他學習經歷資源室，配合課程的需要。提供輔助醫療服務的特別室包括職業治療室、物理治療室、言語治療室、護理室、社工室、教育心理服務室及生活自理室。學校已建設感覺統合室及多感官室，加強對多種弱能學童的感知訓練。學校還設有圖書館、玩具資源室、家長資源室、教具資源室、多用途室、學生活動室、禮堂、有蓋操場、遊樂場及足球場，為學生提供理想的學習環境。為加強培養學生的演說能力，學校設置校園電視台。學校積極推動環保教育，已設置了玻璃溫室及栽種園地。學校配備三輛校車及外聘復康巴士服務，接載學生往返學校。Area：5500 square meterFacilities：10 classrooms and 6 special rooms including Home Economics Room, Visual Art Room, Integrated Science Room, Computer Room, Music Room, Computer Assisted Learning Room cum Other Learning Experience Resource Room. 香港紅十字會瑪嘉烈戴麟趾學校屬於津貼學校，學費全免。
其他收費：學校學費全免。收費項目只有校車車費、膳食費(每餐$20)、書簿及影印等雜費。活動費$260No School Fee is needed. Other charges are as follows:(A) Lunch Box ArrangementThe price of each lunch box is HK$20 .(B) School Bus ArrangementFor school bus services, it depends on the the districts where students live. For activities, in 2020/21 year school year, it is HK$260.

本校開設7條校車線，為港島及九龍各區以至將軍澳區學生提供校車接送服務。所有校車線均安排跟車褓姆，沿途照顧學生。校車上設有升降台及輪椅鎖，適合坐輪椅的學生使用。寄宿學生由校車接送往返宿舍。 School buses provide transportation services for students on Hong Kong Island, as well as in Kowloon and Tseung Kwan O.
